Request Account Deletion

At Kivhi, your privacy is our priority. You can request permanent deletion of your account by following the steps below.

📋 How to Request Account Deletion

Open the Kivhi app on your device.
Go to Settings → Request Account Deletion.
Fill in the reason for deletion.
Once submitted, a ticket will be generated and sent to your registered email (the email used to create your account).

🗑️ How to Request Deletion of Content

Open the Kivhi app on your device.
Go to Help and Support.
Fill in the form with details about what you want deleted.
Once submitted, a ticket will be generated and sent to your registered email.

✅ Staff Review

Our support staff will review your deletion ticket. Once verified, they will reply to your email to confirm the deletion. After confirmation, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our system.

⚠️ What Happens After Deletion

All profile information (name, email, username, country, OTP verification) will be permanently deleted.
Any remaining in-app credits, badges, or progress will be lost.
Server logs may be retained for up to 30 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Important: Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered. You may create a new account if you return to Kivhi later.
